Returns
To request a return please email info@officialhollis.com with in 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted after our 14 day window. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. All returns must be in the original condition and packaging with tags still attached. Hollis has the right to deny any returns not sent back in the original condition.
Exchanges
Due to large volume of orders we do not perform direct exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the unwanted item within the 14 day return period and repurchasing the new item. If you have any questions regarding our policy, feel free to email us at info@officialhollis.com
Damages
